  Why was J2 Limited Established?  

 

 

J2 Limited has been established with the intention of bringing to the Jamaican internet service industry the same level of customer service and innovative products that have made our previous businesses in the satellite communication industry (Video Satellite Limited) and the electronic security industry (Integrated Security Systems), business leaders.  We expect to introduce new products and services to the existing Jamaican internet service industry that can be appreciated and afforded by the majority of Jamaican internet users.

We are Customer driven.  We feel a sense of urgency on any matters related to our Customers. We believe that our growth depends on close interaction with our Customers and promise to live up to and beyond their expectations.

Vision

The promoters' vision of J2 Limited in 3-4 year's time is:

The business will have at least 1000 customers who are very happy with the service and are proud to be our customers.  We will continue to provide our customers with new and improved services and be the market leader in this regard.  We will have a small group of highly motivated and trained person supporting our customer's needs.  We will play an active role in the development of internet technology in this marketplace across the island.

Mission Statement

The central purpose and role of J2 Limited is defined as:

We will provide our customers with a high quality, economically priced high speed wireless internet service.  We shall be the market leader in high speed wireless internet service in Jamaica.  We shall provide our customers with the latest services available to enhance their internet experience. We will empower our staff by providing training and other opportunities to encourage their growth.
